Each collar is made from quality fabrics wrapped around strong, yet soft webbing to give the beauty of a designer collar and the durability your pup needs.

Safety being the main focus for any pup's parent, each piece has been triple stitched at all stress points to keep the durable, high-quality hardware in place.

Our collars are outfitted with a beautiful hardware. We offer all silver, gold or antique metal options and YKK plastic buckles on black, red, pink, blue, purple.






Sizing:



Small 5/8" wide, adjust up to 12" long

Medium 3/4" wide, adjust up to 17" long

Large 1" wide, adjust up to 22" long



We LOVE custom orders! Message me your request for custom fabric or sizes.



Care:

Our items can be hand washed or machine washed in gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend you put it on a laundry bag to protect the hardware. Lay flat to dry.

Accessories: we recommend spot clean only.

Wag More products are all handcrafted per your request, please allow 1-5 business days for production. We appreciate your patience!

STANDARD SHIPPING-

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow approximately 1-5 business days for production & 2-5 days for delivery.




INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-
All International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. Our current production time is 15-10 business days. After your package has shipped, delivery is typically within 10-14 business days however it can take up to 6 weeks. First Class Mail DOES NOT include tracking or insurance. We strongly suggest upgrading to Priority Mail for faster delivery with tracking.



** RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY **

Due to the fact that each WAG MORE product is handcrafted at your request, we do not accept returns. Please be sure you are ordering with our SIZE CHART in mind and always measure your dogs neck prior to ordering.

If a collar or leash needs to be exchanged for a different size, there will be a $10 production charge per item that must be remade. Merchandise should be returned in its original unused condition. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees associated with exchanging an item.

For exchanged goods, please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with a tracking number.

Please note that exchanges are not applicable for custom embroidered collars.


An invoice will be sent to the customer with exchange/shipping charges & must be paid in full before the exchange will be added to the production schedule.
